The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults is the way
people over the age of seven are welcomed into the Catholic faith. The RCIA
introduces people the Catholic faith and how this faith is lived out. At the
same time it introduces those who are taking a look at Catholicism to the
Catholic community here at St. Robert’s so we can walk with you on journey
of faith.

RCIA is for those who have never been baptized in any
Christian faith tradition.

RCIA is for those who have been baptized in another
Christian faith but are searching for a new spiritual home.

RCIA is for those who were baptized as Catholics
(perhaps as infants) but never had the opportunity to learn about their
faith on the way to making their 1st Communion and being confirmed.
