Good Friday celebrates the passion and death of our Lord, God’s choice to enter into our suffering and death through the person of Christ and thereby lead us into new and eternal life. This central mystery of our faith isn’t just about what Christ did for us; it is also about God’s invitation to us to enter this mystery through our own suffering, particularly in the face of death. Parishioner Joanne Nowak, MD, will explore this connection between Christ’s passion and death and how we as Catholics are called to respond to the complex challenges presented in end of life care. Join us either on Sunday March 25 or Monday March 26 from 6:00-7:30pm (location TBD).
